As Director, Producer, and/or Cinematographer he has shot iconic music videos for chart topping artists including Wu Tang, Tupac, Snoop Dogg, LL Cool J (“Mama Said Knock You Out”), Bono, Kirk Franklin, Public Enemy, Digital Underground, Bell Biv Devoe , Neil Young and Chris Rock, at Geffen, Motown, Interscope, Virgin, Capitol, Columbia, MCA, RCA, Atlantic, Elektra, Epic, Island, Def Jam and Arista.

A multinational producer, Jonathon brings a mastery of global production to Realm, having produced hundreds of hours of television for Warner Bros., eOne, CMT, BET, Travel, History, TLC, TVNZ, MTS, RTÉ, and Pango Productions for broadcast throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa and the Middle East. He has also produced cutting-edge bespoke content for some of the world’s most recognizable brands including Yamaha, Jim Beam, Ernst & Young, Food Channel, Living Channel, Fairfax Media, and Air New Zealand.
Chief Production Officer
A licensed California entertainment attorney, Roxanne’s extensive history includes work with Disney, Warner Bros., Sony, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, the Academy Awards, MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, CMT, Logo, Spike TV (now Paramount Network), and BET, where she oversaw corporate compliance with federal and state legislative and regulatory requirements in casting, immigration, child labor, permitting, and guilds. At the American Federation of Musicians, she ensured the on time, on budget production of soundtracks for motion picture including The Lion King, Men in Black: International, and Doctor Sleep have primed her for leadership at Realm.

Concurrent with her leadership at Realm, Nicole serves as Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she advises on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, carve outs, and new company stand ups for strategic and private equity clients, serving as the primary point of contact to senior management stakeholders while coordinating teams across 15+ workstreams to evaluate and execute on multi billion dollar deals. Prior to PwC, Nicole served as Financial Analyst for Wells Fargo’s International Investments Group, where she assessed potential alternative investment opportunities, specifically on the bank’s exposure to corporations in Europe.

While spearheading strategic leadership at Realm, GArner concurrently serves as Regional Vice President of Origination at ATEL Capital Group, where he consults Fortune 500 CFOs and treasury teams and directly manages over three hundred domestic and international clients including Amazon, Boeing and Walmart on CAPEX, OPEX, cashflow planning, project budgeting, financial model customization, investment risk assessment, and identifying investment portfolio opportunities. Previously, as Business Development Consultant at Oracle, he oversaw 200+ accounts and advised Fortune 500 executives on communications infrastructure planning and ERP solutions.

She has managed PR and entertainment events; coordinated celebrity appearances; curated concerts, film screenings, lectures, and art exhibitions; generated national exposure in print, trade, and broadcast media in media outlets including Forbes, Fox, ABC News, The New York Times, BBC, Virgin Media TV, Mashable, MSNBC, BET, Sirius XM, Essence, Latina.com, The Food Network, and The Cooking Channel; and managed sales generation for over 2,700 corporate, entertainment and social clients including the Oprah Winfrey Network, Facebook, Christian Dior, the NBA, the NFL, Bank of America, US Bank, and LVMH.

As Management Consultant for Fortune 500 companies, she has developed comprehensive global marketing and communication strategies, guided market expansion efforts to support a $1 billion product portfolio, and created sales strategy and support materials to increase corporate revenues. She has created and executed content marketing and client engagement strategies including developing a Client Advisory Council for global accounts, and designed user communication and content action plans to maximize user engagement and response rates. Passionate about giving back to the community, Tina Marie mentors fintech startup entrepreneurs through New York Barclays Accelerator, as well as children sidelined in the foster care system through Hope For Youth.

Her oversight includes production negotiations, co production agreements, film financing, talent agreements, licensing and development deals, and union/guild regulation. Alessandra serves as co chair of the IP Committee of the American Bar Association International Law Section, and is both co chair and board of governors member of the International Lawyers Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
